Celine holds a love of and curiosity in life and people and belief in the inherent well-being and potential for change and possibilities for people, no matter where they are currently in their life situation or where they have started out from. I work with clients experiencing a variety of challenges in their lives and support them to gain a greater understanding of self and an understanding of what has or is occurring. My hope is to support a client to realise the best possibility for themselves and to become the best version of themselves. Fully Accredited member of Irish Assoc Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy IAHIP.
I am trained in Core Process Psychotherapy and have over 30 years’ experience in therapeutic intervention in Ireland and the UK. Celine’s experience includes working with family trauma, physical and sexual abuse, the impact of addiction and substance misuse, domestic violence, grief, separation, loss, anxiety, depression, self-harm, identity.
Core Process Psychotherapy is the original method of mindfulness based psychotherapy, utilising contemplative practises (i.e., silence, quieting the mind, self-enquiry, meditation) and the concept of embodied enquiry . In our work together healing and change can take place, together we explore painful issues which have arisen for you with understanding .
