Hello, I'm an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist offering private therapy to individuals and couples over the age of 18. Therapy is an opportunity for you to have the time and a safe, confidential space to explore your life, yourself and any issues you feel are causing you concern or distress. I can help you with a wide range of issues such as: bereavement, anxiety, depression, panic, pain & chronic health conditions, stress, family & relationship issues, addictions, phobias and many more. I have a special interest in mindfulness and specialise in working with people who have chronic health conditions.

Professor Derek Farrell MBE is a Professor in Trauma Psychology at the University of Worcester and an Honorary Professor at Queen's University Belfast. Derek is also an EMDR Therapy Europe Accredited Senior Trainer and Consultant, a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, and an Accredited Psychotherapist with the British Association of Cognitive & Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP). Derek is also a Scientific Advisor to the Board of Trauma Aid Germany. In 2020, Derek was awarded an MBE as part of Her Majesty the Queen's Birthday Honours for services to Psychology and Trauma.
