I was one of the first children's psychological wellbeing practitioners qualified in the UK and provide support for children and young people struggling with mild to moderate common mental health issues, such as social anxiety, separation anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, generalised anxiety and low mood. With 3 years experience of working in CAMHS I am aware of the issues that many families face in getting early help for their children.
