I am an experienced relationship/ life coach, and counsellor (4th yr trainee DCPsych) A combination of therapy and coaching complement each other in psychological intervention. Psychological freeze can stagnate life and progress but with therapy and coaching, one is able to transcend and find meaning for a purposeful life. I will support and challenge you through your journey in a non-judgemental, open, and confidential alliance. I will provide a safe space where you can externalize your internal dialogues and struggles to make sense of your past, relate with your present, and plan for your future. MYRESET Counselling was named after a client who said counselling was his “reset button”. I am here to offer support to children, young people and adults who have experience of living with the impact of trauma and various types of abuse. My experience includes working with ; Separation and loss, attachment needs, depression, anger, identifying the underlying thoughts in relation to self-harm and cultural identity work . I enjoy seeing people move towards achieving the changes they identify for themselves. I look forward to hearing from you.
