I am a specialist Children & Young Person (CYP) counsellor, as well as working with adults. I have extensive experience in supporting Children's Mental health. Including placement work with Place2Be, The Children's Society, a support worker in an Eating Disorder Hospital, awaking on helplines and various work in childcare settings, including working as a Designated Safeguarding Lead. I currently work with a local charity in Gloucestershire called TIC+ as a peripatetic CYP Counsellor.

I appreciate how daunting and possibly overwhelming it can be trying to choose a counsellor. It might even be difficult to reach out and ask for help but please remember that sometimes we all struggle and feel anxious or depressed and sometimes we just need someone to talk to. Counselling can provide you with that place to talk as well as helping you to understand yourself and make positive changes so please don't be afraid to get in touch.
