Hi! I'm Jonathan. Together we can look at and work through what's bothering you - this might include feelings of depression, anxiety and/or panic, or issues with how you're thinking and what you're doing. Maybe you're struggling with other aspects of your life, past or present (or worrying about the future). 'Big stuff' or 'small stuff', it's all ok to bring up and may also include include feeling overwhelmed or lost, self-esteem issues, guilt, relationship problems, trauma, sexual abuse, loss and grief, heath concerns and existential worries.

Hi, I'm Helen. I get life isn’t always easy & some things can feel so overwhelming, painful & difficult. Is something preventing you from leading the meaningful & contented life we all strive for? It could be something from your past that is having an effect on how you feel today. Perhaps there is something going on right now that needs airing, exploring & working through. Sometimes the future can be feel scary, bleak or even pointless. It could be that you just don’t feel quite right. Having a safe, non-judgemental space to be open, honest & true can help make the process feel less like a spaghetti junction in our minds.

Sometimes we feel stuck in our lives, unable to cope as well as we'd like. Even if we have support around us, perhaps we feel unable to talk freely or fully with friends or family, fearing being judged or a burden. We may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, loss, anger, poor self-esteem, stress or with negative experiences, relationships, thoughts and emotions. When our sense of self is off-kilter, it can feel like being trapped in a circle, searching for a way to unlock ourselves from being stuck. When life's difficulties make us feel hemmed in, blocking our sense of ease, finding support can help to uncover a path forward.

I work with couples who feel as though they have strayed far from their original path. Sometimes, they may feel like they are different people from when they first got together. Perhaps life, kids and work have changed their relationship into one they don't recognise. Maybe one or two of them have had affairs and there is trauma and trust issues to bring into the equation. Or it may be that they can see challenges ahead, and they want to unite to overcome them.

My approach to helping my clients with therapy and counselling services, is founded on the principle of Integrative Therapy. This means choosing the practices from different therapeutic modalities best suited to a client’s particular needs and wants. By tailoring the therapy to the individual, I hope to deliver the most meaningful outcomes. Integrative Therapy is not limited to a particular methodology and instead allows me to draw on different techniques as they are required. I work with a number of forms of therapy and personalise the approach to meet the types of challenges you may be facing.
