I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression and chronic health symptoms such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and IBS. Mainstream medicine is only beginning to recognise the powerful role of the brain in the development of chronic pain, anxiety, and depression, but decades of research and clinical experience have demonstrated its pivotal role in recovery. This gap between research and practice leaves patients cycling through traditional symptom-management treatments that often do not bring relief.
I feel very passionate about working with people struggling with chronic health conditions, especially as there are effective therapeutic treatments for dealing with such conditions. I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities that I integrate into my practice to support you in reclaiming your quality of life.
