Hello friend. My name is Ed and I am a licensed therapist with over 3 years of professional work experience both online and in person. I help clients who experience anxiety and stress, depression, over-thinking and rumination, low motivation, jealousy-related issues, relationship problems, hurt, shame and guilt, as well as low self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I have traveled the world and we humans are the same the world over; emotional beings. If you want to understand your feelings and how to respond to them in a manner that reduces the impact they have on your every-day life, please contact me.
My treatment approach involves REBT/Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy; a talking therapy based on logic and rationality that explores and identifies one's irrational beliefs around a current problem/s. I also practice and teach Mindfulness techniques to help train you on how to distance yourself from unwanted and obsessive thinking.
In order to be happy, it helps to learn how to not be unhappy, right? Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope I can be of help no matter your age, gender, background or personal beliefs. By being here it shows you've made the decision to heal from what you're experiencing and that means you've got the will to overcome your problem.
