I am a qualified professional Humanistic, Integrative, Person Centred Counsellor. I work from my own purpose built, confidential, private counselling room. Here I see people who may be struggling to cope with what life has thrown their way. No matter what the problem is, I offer kindness and empathy in a valuing non-judgemental way. I will listen to whatever you fetch to counselling and I will try to empower you to find your own way forward. Together we can uncover your inner thoughts, feelings and emotions to enable you to cope with life and its ups and downs. Be it past, present or future problems, your well-being is important.
I offer lots of experience of working with bereavement/grief, anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, relationships, health related issues. I have work with Cruse for 4 years and for 3 years I have also been working in schools with children from 12 to 18 years. With the use of art and play therapy for those who struggle to express their feelings and emotion.
I know how difficult it is to take the first step towards counselling, my aim is to make it as comfortable as possible for you. I will support you by understanding you and offering empathy, whilst valuing you and not judging you. Together we can build a trusting, honest therapeutic relationship and refine your bespoke strategy for an emotional balanced life.
