I am a Registered Psychologist who has training and experience working with children (5-12), adolescents (12-18) and adults. I utilise a variety of therapeutic interventions and skill-building techniques to help individuals manage and overcome their challenges. Some of these include anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, behavioural issues, abuse, emotional disturbance, family conflict, grief, relationship issues and life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients make sense of their world through meaning.
