Hello, and welcome! My name is Taylor and I have a passion for supporting individuals through various life challenges. Over the last few years, I have dedicated myself to guiding children, families, and adults through traumatic and challenging experiences, discovering along the way the remarkable resilience and wisdom each person possesses. Life often presents us with obstacles that can hinder our pursuit of fulfilling relationships, careers, or milestones. When we feel these pressures it can be easy to fall into protective habits that may inhibit us from pursuing and achieving our goals.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a relational approach, incorporating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. You can expect a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where I will honor your journey and offer compassionate support as we navigate life’s challenges together.
