There are times in life that can leave us feeling vulnerable and alone - my goal is to come alongside you, so you don't have to feel this way. If you are struggling with guilt, shame, life transitions, anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns, I can help. I also support adults, teens, and parents who are struggling with relationship dynamics, suicidal ideation, or those who have experienced traumatic events.
I believe that building a solid relationship comes first. Once we get to know one another, I will tailor my approach to best suit your needs. My goal is to provide support to wade through the muddy waters, and perhaps we can even share some laughs along the way. I tend to rely on EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and psychodynamic approaches.
It can feel intimidating to make the first call or send that email, I get it. My promise to you is that I will try and make the process as seamless as possible. Finding the right counsellor can take time, and not every counsellor will be right for you - Reach out for a free 20-min consultation to see if we will be a good fit, I would love to hear from you!
