Hi! I'm Stefanie, a Registered Psychologist, and it's a pleasure to meet you! I love working with people to help them navigate the many challenges that life can throw our way. I completed my Master in Counselling Psychology at McGill University in 2018, and have worked in university and private practice settings since.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and also draw on other perspectives including CBT, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I have experience helping people with a variety of concerns, such as trauma, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, boundaries, assertiveness, and career and relationship issues.
I am available Monday 12-8pm (virtual and in person), Tuesday 10am-5pm (virtual and in person), and Wednesday afternoons/evenings (virtual only). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my practice!
