My vocation and commitment to supporting individuals to overcome adversity, trauma, and problems in living are rooted in the Ubuntu philosophy. Providing support across all age groups, I promote inner self-discovery and self-mastery. I offer unique individual-specific approaches to empower self-actualization by challenging unhelpful beliefs, improving self-concept, working through painful experiences, accessing resources, and changing unhealthy habits to live more authentically.
I use an eclectic approach to healing, providing support from a holistic, person-centred, biopsychosocial lens. Evidence-based models, including IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT and Mindfulness inform my method. There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. I value and respect individual experiences, perspectives, and needs to ensure integrity & professional competence.
I am kind and compassionate. Having experienced adversity due to cultural anomia and neurodiversity, I strive to empower the individuals I walk beside to master internal resources, access determinants of health and challenge the impact of systemic barriers.
