I am a registered clinical psychologist working in private practice providing psychological services to adults and couples for a wide range of issues. Are you stressed over whelmed? My primary theoretical orientation is cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), however, I often integrate from other modalities, such as mindfulness based strategies.
