I'm an RP & RN who specializes in supporting children, youth and adults who are navigating their own serious illness, or grieving the serious illness or death of someone in their life. I work closely with our team of grief therapists all of whom share a passion for ensuring that people of all ages have access to compassionate and skilled support for navigating the incredibly difficult yet very human experience of grief. While we take a non-pathological view of grief, we are well aware of the challenges that come with experiencing grief in a death-phobic and grief-illiterate society and we help our clients navigate this.

I work with individuals, families, and couples particulary from immigrant, racialized, and LGBTQ+ communities. Currently, I'm available both in-person & virtualy in Ontario and virtualy in BC. I believe that challenges and struggles people face are intricately tied to systemic and societal factors. Through collaborative and therapeutic work, my goal is to aid persons in cultivating a healthier and more fulfilling self-perception, interpersonal relationships and life experiences, alongside fostering transformative healing from trauma.
