My approach combines psychotherapy with practical decision-making and action-planning.
I also provide personal psychotherapy to help with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, low confidence, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, interpersonal issues, and communication. I draw from a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
