Growing up in a society that can make it hard to open up about struggles, especially as a man, I understand that we can miss the ways in which psychotherapy can empower us to take control of and find more meaning in our lives. Sadly, I've seen many clients with struggles (stress, addiction, anxiety, depression, etc.) influenced by feeling overwhelmed, incapable, angry, confused, helpless, insecure, or alone. Bluntly, my success as a healing professional and entrepreneur depends on helping you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible; you feel more confident, capable, and fulfilled, while I'm more likely to get referred.

I have done PhD in Clinical Psychology & have always been a believer of something far beyond Science i.e. Spirituality, which is why I feel deeply that, the ones who find me and eventually come to me, were destined. My work is a mix of Science as well as Psycho-spiritual Therapy. Working towards Awareness, finding Purpose, Acceptance, Observing, eventually leading to Healing, has been the path I walk on.
