DBT skills group is designed to provide you with insight and skills to better cope with emotions and behaviours which get in the way of building a life of fulfillment. DBT stills groups are evidence based and known to support people struggling with Self-Harm, Eating Disorders, Depression, high levels of Anxiety, and Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT Teen Skills Group
As a teen it can be incredibly difficult to manage big emotions and that often becomes even more difficult when we are struggling with self-harm, suicidality, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and/ or self-esteem concerns. Our 14 week DBT Group will help adolescents learn skills to improve coping, mood and safety while engaging in creative interventions to help translate skills into real life.
