I operate from a trauma-informed perspective, prioritizing a collaborative approach that honors and respects the unique expertise each client brings from their own lived experiences. I have a passion for working with adults to address their trauma, situational and chronic stressors, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have specialized training in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
