I work with clients who are looking to heal and understand themselves more deeply. I help guide clients down their own intuitive path of emotional healing. I do this by helping clients reconnect to their authentic selves and inner knowing. As a general psychotherapy practitioner, there's a wide variety issues and concerns that I work with including stress management, relationships, depression, anxiety, feeling lost, anger, break-ups, burnout, childhood abuse, codependence, grief/ loss, self-esteem, self-harm, sexual abuse, trauma, parental wounds & spiritual crisis.
Some of the approaches & modalities used in my work are: Cognitive behavioral therapy, meeting the inner child, mindfulness & meditation, transactional analysis, sub-personality work, body psychotherapy & somatic inquiry, Gottman method, chakra work & emotional cording, gestalt therapy & psychodrama, internal family systems, psychospiritual.
I work with people from all walks of life. My own healing journey has hugely contributed to my work as an empathetic and relatable therapist.
