My approach is person centered, holistic and supportive. It is based on a belief that every person has the unique potential to discover and develop their own inner resources and strengths. Our time together will provide you with a safe and collaborative space within which you may explore your life challenges, the changes you may wish to make that can lead towards greater personal insight, growth and wholeness. ​

Starting therapy can be daunting but it’s one of the best investments you can make in yourself. I strive to create a non-judgemental, collaborative space guided by compassionate curiosity in which we can explore your fears, anxieties, relationships and general life challenges. Working together, we explore new ways of understanding your inner self, your world and your relationships and examine old patterns that may no longer serve you well and seek to create new ones that are more effective.

Everyone - regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or social standing - deserves competent, kind, and compassionate care. As Covid recedes, the life challenges facing younger, middle-aged and older adults, including transitions, relationships, loneliness, body image, sexuality issues, and concerns around meaning and purpose, to name a few, remain. I have significant life and career experience as a teacher and Guidance Counsellor working with adolescents, and as an administrator and coach working with adults and teams. I am eager to meet you wherever you are along your life journey.
