I have a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Ottawa, and I’m registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

I work with people who want to feel more grounded, better understood, and ready to make meaningful changes in their lives, even if they’re not quite sure what those changes look like yet. My approach blends humanistic therapies with tools like DBT, ACT, and emotion-focused therapy, so we can create a plan that fits you, not the other way around.
