As we go through life, we must adapt to the demands of our environment, sometimes at the expense of our innate nature. This phenomenon may result in developing discomforts (such as anxiety and depression). Exploring the psyche provides an opportunity to re-enter into relation with all the aspects of our psyche, towards harmony with oneself and others.
Being specialized in Jungian analysis, I believe in the exploration of unconscious forces to shed light on one’s life experience. Those forces participate/interfere in our daily challenges. I work with dreams and active imagination, which are therapeutic tools focused on revealing the symbolic life of individuals. Hence, dreams become a living experience.
I am an Advanced Candidate with the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts, and also hold a certificate from the C. G. Jung Institute Zürich. In that context, I have undertaken my own therapeutic process. In turn, I propose to accompany you (in French/English) through a similar exploratory process aimed at removing the stones from your path of development.
