Hi, I'm Danielle! I am passionate about supporting children, youth and adults to develop skills to face a variety of life's challenges and stressors. I have a special interest in supporting children and youth with Autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental or learning differences, as well as their caregivers regarding parenting strategies and their own emotional wellbeing. I am also passionate about empowering women of all ages to navigate their mental health, relationships, work/school stressors and major life transitions. As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I welcome and respect individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
My therapeutic approach can be described as strengths-based, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and systems-oriented. I believe in the power of connection and that understanding our relationships with others helps us make sense of our emotions, needs, and behaviours.
