Hi I am Helen and I implement a strengths-based client centred approach to therapy. I assist people with disability, trauma, health issues, alcohol and other drugs and mood concerns. By working together we can identify your goals and formulate how to go about getting there. She has specialized in assessment and intervention for individuals with ASD, ADHD, Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, giftedness, and developmental differences. She is a warm and collaborative clinician with an evidence based and neurodiverse affirming approach to supporting children, adolescents, and adults to reach their individual goals.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years working in the health and disability sectors (as a support worker, assistant in nursing and Psychologist). I have an interest in working with people from LGBTQIA+ populations including individuals and relationship work. I have a strong understanding of the many ways that intimate relationships are structured. I als work with adults from all populations to manage anxiety disorders using effective and evidence-based interventions. I have a further interest in working with adults with disability including acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, ASD, and neuro-degenerative disease.

I am a Dr. of Clinical Neuropsychology with experience in hospital and community rehab. I have expertise in the relationship between brain function/cognition, emotion and behaviour. I work with anxiety, depression and trauma, specialising in providing therapy to people with health conditions that impact the brain (neurodevelopmental or neurodegenerative e.g., acquired brain injury, stroke, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, dementia and ADHD). My special interest is in functional neurological disorders.

Elyse is a registered psychologist providing individual therapy for children, teenagers, and young adults aged 5-25 years. With experience in both clinic and educational environments, Elyse is skilled in working with neurodiverse clients (autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability) and has a particular interest in supporting anxiety in children and young people. In her practice, Elyse utilises evidence-based approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support her clients effectively.
