I offer support with relationship building, parenting, clarity of thoughts, addressing behaviours, thought patterns & issues like anxiety & stress. Kathryn offers Relationship Support & is trained in the Gottman Method. Kathryn also specialises in supporting those with ADHD, Autism & Trauma Based Behaviours; their parents & their carers. She uses Strength-Based Counselling for: Anxiety & Exhaustion; Meditation/Mindfulness; Depression/Life purpose; Relationship building/Family/Teens & Self Empowerment.
As well as individual, couples, and family sessions, Kathryn offers small group programs for those wanting to engage in relaxation, self-care and self-esteem building, social connection, and skill-building. She also runs women's workshops in Victoria. You don't always need to have issues to see a Counsellor. Counselling also supports us to deepen and grow.
