Isabella is an Australian based counsellor who has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). She adopts a warm and empathetic approach to therapy and mainly works to address anxiety-related issues with clients of all ages. This includes health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and generalised anxiety. She also can help with self-esteem issues, poor body-image, relationship difficulties and mood-related issues.

Hi I'm Paul, I'm a registered Psychologist and the Director of Adaptive Counselling and Psychology in Bentleigh. I believe that good therapy means having a good therapeutic relationship, and I take the time to build this before getting stuck into treatment. I see anyone aged 15+ and have a particular focus on working with depression, anxiety (general and social), stress, and trauma.

I am a registered Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist. I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults in various settings. Building a trusting and safe space for you is my primary aim. I am also a yoga teacher and I use mindfulness, meditation and trauma informed therapy in my treatment approach. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy are some of the interventions used in the treatment plan and according to your individual needs. You will feel supported, empowered and provided with helpful strategies to achieve your goals confidently.

Melanie is the Principal Clinical Psychologist at Integrated Psychology Centre, a group private practice including Clinical, Counselling. Health, Educational & Developmental registered psychologists. A Graduate of Monash University, Melanie has over eighteen years experience in private practice and other clinical settings including; university counselling, employee assistance programmes, employment services, asylum seeker detention centres and educational settings. Melanie works with adolescents and adults.
