Hi I'm Paul, I'm a registered Psychologist and the Director of Adaptive Counselling and Psychology in Bentleigh. I believe that good therapy means having a good therapeutic relationship, and I take the time to build this before getting stuck into treatment. I see anyone aged 15+ and have a particular focus on working with depression, anxiety (general and social), stress, and trauma.
I am well experienced in treating men's mental health and related issues, as well as working with all genders. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, CBT, ACT, EFT, and Schema Therapy and will happily discuss which approach may be a good fit before starting.
