Before I worked as a clinical psychologist, I was a professional musician. This line of work taught me a lot. I found that the best music is made when one listens carefully, and responds to what is happening in the moment, rather than simply reciting familiar material. I bring the same philosophy to my work as a psychologist. It is incredibly important to first listen, and deeply understand the goals of the individual, which then guide the direction of therapy.

We are a small group of psychologists, providing individual and couples counselling and psychological assessments. We treat depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance use issues, relationship difficulties and a wide range of emotional and psychological problems.
