About
I am the founder and director of the well-established Life Psychologists clinic in Parramatta, NSW. I provide individual therapy to help my clients overcome personal issues in order to make positive transformations in their lives and flourish.
I have over 20+ years experience specialising in psychological assessments, clinical treatment, CBT, ACT, EMDR, work-related injuries, adjustment, trauma recovery, couples therapy, life coaching, and positive psychology.
I understand the therapy process can be very daunting but it can very rewarding. My therapeutic style is collaborative and focussed on practical, brief solution-focussed strategies to achieve outcomes in the shortest timeframes in order to struggle less, and live more.
