About
My ideal client wants to work collaboratively with their therapist, to establish a resilient and independent coping mechanism to manage their everyday life. Common presenting problems for such clients may include depression, anxiety disorders (including PTSD), Self-esteem issues and personality disorders (such as borderline personality disorder).
Understanding that human experience is complex and unique across individuals, I utilise a trauma-informed and Person-Centered theraputic approach, to help establish safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness and empowerment for my clients.
I am a friendly, warm and passionate Provisional Psychologist. My passion for mental health stems from my childhood, as I spent my schooling years in a rural country town where access to mental health support and resources were limited. My main focus is to ensure all my clients have support accessible when needed.
