I have a wide and deep background in supporting patients with complex mental health issues through evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, PET, TF-CBT, MBCT, Interpersonal Therapy. My warm and empathetic nature and advanced psycho-therapeutic skills promote open discussion and an environment for healing. I am passionate about my client's recovery and in returning value and meaning to the lives of those in my care. I am registered as a Tier-2 Counsellor with Victim Services, NSW and been treating patients suffering from Trauma and PTSD over the last 12 years.
