Therapy is about increasing meaning, connection and quality of life. I support clients to explore what their needs (and goals) are, and how best they may be met. Some clients seek accessible, practical knowledge and skills to feel more equipped to manage stressors, or overcome ill mental health. Others need safety and space to better understand themselves and their experience, and guidance to use that insight to create meaning, self-compassion, and the changes that they wish to see in their lives. For many of my clients, therapy is an opportunity to be believed in, until they are better able to believe in themselves.
