I'm a certified DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) practitioner and run DBT Skills groups or individual DBT sessions in person & online.
I've been working in the mental health sector in a variety of client facing roles over the last eight years. I've worked in large NGOs, with multi-disciplinary teams, in small grass roots organisations and in private practice providing therapeutic support to people with complex mental health, trauma, addiction, relationship issues & family conflict.
