Evidence-based Outpatient Addiction Treatment

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to accommodate both working individuals and retirees, recognizing the various daily commitments such as work, summer activities, golf, and other obligations. To fit into these busy schedules, our IOP sessions are held every weeknight from 6 PM to 9 PM, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM. This 12-week evidence-based program addresses Substance Abuse Treatment and Co-occurring Mental Health conditions, often underlying causes of addiction. Our program includes required minimum attendance of both group and individual therapy, however, everyone's treatment plan is structured individually and may be higher in the initial weeks. Along with attendance requirements, we require random drug and alcohol testing to ensure accountability. IOP is ideal for individuals living in stable, supportive environments who seek structure and accountability while reintegrating into a sober lifestyle. Additionally, we offer NeuroFeedback as a supplementary treatment modality to enhance mental health, address substance use disorders, and improve cognitive health.

At our facility, we provide evidence-based outpatient treatment specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. This individualized approach is determined through a comprehensive clinical assessment, ensuring that we address the full spectrum of issues each person faces. As a trauma-informed care facility, we deeply understand that a patient's history profoundly impacts their present circumstances. Therefore, our treatment approach not only targets addictions but also addresses the co-occurring mental health conditions that often accompany them. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a twelve-week, evidence-based program designed to facilitate the brain's recovery from substance use. This crucial period allows for neuroplasticity, the brain's natural ability to reorganize and heal. Throughout the program, clients participate in both individual and group therapy sessions, guided by our experienced clinical staff. Our holistic approach ensures that every aspect of a client's well-being is considered, fostering an environment where true healing and lasting recovery can occur.
