To fit into these busy schedules, our IOP sessions are held every weeknight from 6 PM to 9 PM, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM. This 12-week evidence-based program addresses Substance Abuse Treatment and Co-occurring Mental Health conditions, often underlying causes of addiction. Our program includes required minimum attendance of both group and individual therapy, however, everyone's treatment plan is structured individually and may be higher in the initial weeks. Along with attendance requirements, we require random drug and alcohol testing to ensure accountability. IOP is ideal for individuals living in stable, supportive environments who seek structure and accountability while reintegrating into a sober lifestyle.
