Located in Canyon Country near the beaches of Malibu, Elevation is licensed with the Department of Health Care Services and the Department of Social Services. The facility is co-owned and operated by Dr. Priya Chaudhri and Steven Booth, both individuals with extensive experience running high-end rehabs for over a decade.
