Hello! I am Monica Stiles, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Alice Payne, LPC-S, Registered Play Therapist-S. I also have a Specialist Degree in School Psychology. I have seven years experience working in local school districts where I had the pleasure of working with children aged 3 through 21 providing them with knowledge of coping skills, social skills, and various other skills. I have experience working with individuals experiencing ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability, Depression, Anxiety, and other various mental health concerns.

Deciding to take that first step to better yourself and change your life is tough when you are afraid the person you have chosen to help you just may not be able to or even understands your needs. As your therapist, I recognize wholeheartedly how important that first step is. Together, one of our focuses initially is building confidence, comfort, and rapport with each other, so that as we walk together through your issues, you can feel good about doing so. Greetings, I am a Board Certified Family Doctor with an interest in Mental Health and Addiction Medicine. I have extensive experience managing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and certain Thought Disorders. I also enjoy treating Opioid Addiction with Suboxone. Many of my skills were developed at the Eastern Pennsylvania Institute and the Medical College of PA. I will be prescribing antidepressants, anxiety medications, and medications for PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, and others. I will also share some of the principles I learned at the Institute for Rational Emotive Therapy in NYC.

I have experience working with male teenagers, high functioning young adults on the Autism spectrum, OCD, and men struggling with life transitions. I work with clients who are stuck in depression, facing relationship issues and experiencing loss.
