Integra Psychological Services, PLLC is owned by clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Levi Armstrong. We provide compassionate psychological and neuropsychological testing / evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide individual, couples, and marriage/family therapy.

Our highly-trained and passionate staff consists of licensed psychologists, Dr. Phillip E. Morris, and Dr. Kristy Money, and Licensed Professional Counselor Jennifer Deliganis, LPC-S. We provide psychological testing, neuropsychological evaluations, and consultation services. We are currently not accepting new clients for counseling services.

I provide neuropsychological testing to children, adolescents and young adults to give an overview of cognitive abilities to determine individual strengths and weaknesses. These abilities include: Intellectual Functioning (IQ); Academic Achievement; Learning & Memory; Attention & Executive Functioning; Language & Phonological Processing; Visual-Spatial Skills & Visual-Motor Integration; Fine Motor Coordination; Adaptive Functioning; Emotional & Behavioral Functioning; Social Skills & Pragmatic (Social) Language. Using these results, I can help coordinate care with your child's other medical providers, suggest school recommendations (including IEP/504 Plans), and provide referrals to specialists and professionals that can help your child maximize his or her functioning and potential.

At Acorn to Oak I offer testing to clients ranging from preschool age through adulthood. Are you a parent whose child is struggling in school? Dr. Gard has a PhD in Health Psychology/Behavioral Medicine with over 30 years of clinical experience. Clients span a wide variety of diagnoses. She sees clients Age 5 to seniors. ETNH office is open Mondays through Thursdays and by appointment to serve the community. She can provide biofeedback, neurofeedback, EMDR, hypnosis, light therapy in addition to eclectic approaches (cognitive and behavioral) to address your specific needs.

At the Child Behavior Center we work with you, and with your child. To help a child, we must help mom and dad too! We assist you in navigating the ups and downs of frustrating, often puzzling child behavior. Specializing in treatment for high functioning autism (Aspergers Syndrome in the past,) PDD (pervasive developmental delay), and many children with behavioral differences and challenges, we design treatment plans individualized for neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children, children with high anxiety, anger, aggression, and sensory overload, among others.
