Not accepting new clients and not waitlisting. As a military family member, mother, and immigrant, I am familiar with the unique struggles related to frequent relocating, being a newcomer, individual, couple & family readjustment, interpersonal relationships and racial identity. Everyone’s journey is unique. My hope is to help you increase self-awareness, acceptance, coping skills, and live life with an open heart for self growth and improved relationships, most importantly the relationship you have to yourself. A large part of my practice focuses on working with clients on navigating relational issues and finding their voice.
I specialize in treatment of anxiety, grief, children, and relationships. Upon graduating with a Master’s degree in Psychology, I further obtained trainings and experience in treatment of children, and earned the Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) designation.
I believe in change. I have witnessed many individuals finding their power to make changes, using strengths and life lessons to lift themselves up higher after hitting the rock bottom. My passion to help others is rooted in the deep hope I carry within me that individuals can grow, adapt, forgive and thrive in the relationship to themselves and others.
