If you toss in co-parenting with an ex-partner, trying to integrate a new partner into your "ready-made" family, and/or being a caregiver to a family member due to unfavorable circumstances, things get a lot more complicated. Being the child in these situations, can be even harder to navigate because everything can feel so unstable. All of it feels exhausting!
