My passion is to help guide others through their healing journey after trauma, with a focus on complex PTSD and dissociative disorders. Navigating flashbacks, emotional turmoil, and the consequences that trauma symptoms have on our personal relationships is extremely difficult. Trauma recovery can feel very isolating, but it doesn't have to be. Healing and recovery is within reach and you can live your best life.
I have training for trauma, dissociative disorders, EMDR, and sand tray therapy. I have spoken for An Infinite Mind at the Healing Together conference, and for the Plural Association. I incorporate expressive arts and use a person-centered approach with my clients.
