You're making the responsible choice by staying home, but it is taking a toll. Your worries have worries. If you're exhausted and desire support figuring how to manage the stress, worry and uncertainty that comes with the pandemic. This is the group for you! Space is limited. We have 2 small groups: one for those who want to remain anonymous within the group and another group for those who are open to being visible during group.
