I specialize in aiding with life transitions, resolving family conflicts, navigating marital challenges, and overcoming anxiety and depression. Research shows that being near trees or water can help lower anxiety and depression symptoms. I offer experiential therapy of hiking and kayaking to help raise endorphin, dopamine, and serotonin levels, as well as dog therapy to get the oxytocin chemicals raised.
I implement an eclectic approach utilizing different aspects of person-centered therapy. I believe that each of us has a story to share. I believe we all go through difficult seasons. And I believe that even in the pain there is hope to live a joy-filled life.
