With that, I utilize a narrative and strengths-based lens to empower individuals to rewrite their stories and reenforce their inherent strengths.
While my clients come from diverse backgrounds, I find particular fulfillment in assisting those navigating life transitions, exploring identity, grappling with relationship challenges, and confronting first-generation issues. I am also fluent in Spanish and embrace the inclusion of Spanglish in our space!
