I take an eclectic approach to providing counseling and therapy. I believe that each client is unique. One size does not fit all! Know that you are in a safe space and will be treated with respect and empathy. I employ many different modalities in therapy. My focus incorporates Person Centered, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotion Centered Therapy (EFT)
I provide empathy when you are hurting or stressed or sad. You are not alone. I think that we have all felt isolated or anxious, or fearful about our lives at times. I know it is hard to reach out.
