I strive to provide each of my clients with practical tools to overcome life challenges and help them develop a better sense of self to walk through life in confidence beyond counseling sessions. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients.
