From depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflicts, trauma, and even sexual identity confusion, figuring out our way in the world is not an easy task. I have a great deal of experience working with sexuality, identity, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and relationship issues. For individual psychotherapy, the approaches I use most frequently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
