The transition to becoming a parent or choosing to grow your family is a journey that can take many unexpected turns. I work with parents who are starting to plan their families up until their children are elementary school aged.
In our time together, I will use mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and share stress management skills to help you feel like yourself again. I am trained in the Postpartum Support International's Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care as well as a member of NASW-MA and Postpartum Support International.
